Returns Made Easy! 30-Day Hassle Free Returns

We hate returns as much as you do and try to make the process as quick, easy, and painless as possible. Our standard return policy on our products is 30-days from the date of receipt. Within this time frame, the product may be returned to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. We calculate the time frame by using the date that the shipping company confirms the item has been delivered to you. After 30-days your massage product enters the manufacturer's warranty period and can only be returned to us for a no-cost repair or replacement in the event of a manufacturer's defect. Different products do carry different manufacturer's warranty periods. To request a return or open up a warranty claim on your product, please send an email directly to Please be sure to include your order number and the specific reason for your return in the email. In order to return a product you must receive a return authorization number from our return's team. Any return that does have a return authorization number previously provided by our return's team will be denied. All products being returned to us must be in like new condition and contain all original components including the product box, manuals, and any accessories that were provided. Please be sure to package all items securely. We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit being returned to us. Please also be sure to use a traceable shipping service for the return and retain the tracking number for the shipment. See below for more details on our return policies:  

Order Cancellation Request:

We will make all efforts to cancel any order prior to shipment when possible. Please note that once an order is placed through our website, we are unable to guarantee any order cancellations prior to shipment. If the order has been shipped, a return must be arranged once the product has been delivered. To do so, please click the link below.

Defective Products:

We know it's always a bummer to receive a product that is not working perfectly. Although not very common, we do occasionally see manufacturer's defects. In these situations, we understand our customer's frustration and work diligently to get our customers a working product as quickly and efficiently as possible. If a product is found to have any defect within 30 days from the date of receipt please contact us to arrange an immediate exchange. If you product displays a defect after 30-days, please contact us with your order information to check on the warranty status. 

Non-Defective Products:

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange of a product, please send an email to including your order number. We will typically reply within 1-business day with further information on sending your product back to us for a refund or exchange. Please note that returns on all non-defective products do incur a 10% restocking fee. As we do offer free shipping on all orders, the restocking fee helps us recover the original shipping charges associated with the transaction. We do typically process returns within 2-3 business days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that your item is returned using a traceable shipping service. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.     

Sale or Clearance Items:

If you purchase a sale or clearance item from us, you may return it within 30-days for an exchange or store credit only in the event of a manufacturer's defect. These deeply discounted products are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
